Spring Equinox Ritual Workshop (Friday 3/21, 6-8pm) spring

Class Description:
This therapeutic workshop will harness the power of the Spring Equinox and the archetype of Aries as we gather in community and celebrate the Zodiacal new year. In this workshop we will support each other in setting personal and collective intentions for the new season ahead. Aries season signals a rebirth, and this group experience will give us the opportunity to connect with our friends and neighbors through magic and sharing our unique gifts as we support each other in welcoming spring and Aries season.
This workshop will include circle time for sharing, so come prepared to share your thoughts and feelings. We will support each other in processing the collective moment we are in, so be mindful that this group experience is not for the silent observer. This is a judgment free zone, so please be open minded and practice kindness when interacting with your neighbors. Consider this a therapy group, and we will be practicing confidentiality to create a safer space for healing and sharing.
We will be utilizing the symbolism of Astrology and Tarot as a processing tool. We will discuss the symbolism of the Spring Equinox and Aries archetype, and dig into the current astrology and how it connects to our lived experiences. We will journey through the Tarot and use the symbolism of The Emperor and Queen of Wands cards for inspiration on how to move through the present moment on both an individual and collective level. Please bring your Tarot deck if you have one, though it is not required.

Nicole is a practicing therapist living in Philadelphia, PA. She has over 15 years of clinical experience as an art and trauma therapist. Nicole is also a professional astrologer and Tarot reader and enjoys incorporating these tools into her practice. She values creativity and collaborative exploration in the healing process and “balancing the clinical with the mystical”. She is the “astrotherapist” behind the Astral Botanica.
