Class Description:
Try the colorful world of gouache! This class is ideal for those eager to enhance their skills or learn the basics techniques. Following a series of prompts we’ll experiment with approach, color and collaboration. No prior experience is needed. This is class is great for those looking to break down nervousness and doubt when painting.

Alison is a visual artist residing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her work revolves around themes of externalizing internal worlds, shared experiences, and personal history. Primarily using 2D mixed media, her practice is letting creative flow take the reins so the work itself leads to a topic or theme. She earned a master's degree at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in 2017 and has been pursuing her private art practice ever since. She prioritizes art making that can exist within the restrictions of everyday life while breaking prohibitive boundaries to creativity.
