Class Description:

Video is always around us wherever we go; whether on social media, computer screens, surveillance, digital billboards, etc. This video workshop class will focus on how we can harness the technology that we carry around us to create art that is accessible to almost everyone. In this workshop, you will develop the skills to video and audio edit, record and film, and gain the ability to create video art wherever you go. Participants will walk away with an understanding of video art history, from conception in the mid-1900’s to the present. Plus, gain the ability to bring your video art ideas to fruition for anyone to enjoy..
