Kathryn Lien is an artist and sculptor living and working in Philadelphia. Pulling from traditional and historic craft objects, mythologies, and narrative techniques, her installation work points at magnifying lens at our interior worlds. Kate works as the Associate Director of Undergraduate Fine Arts and Design at University of Pennsylvania and serves on the Board of Directors of The Arts League. She received her MFA from the VCU Sculpture + Extended Media Program in 2018 and a BFA from the University of Washington 3D4M Program in 2012.
